Individual, Family and Group Nutritional & Lifestyle Counseling
Begin with an initial consultation plus one follow up appointment. From there, recommendations will be made based upon your goals and need for accountability and/or education. A four, eight or twelve session program is available to meet your individual needs.
During counseling sessions, client’s will receive education on various nutritional and wellness topics, different levels of accountability depending on the needs and goals of the individual, and a personalized program. Each client will learn how to improve energy levels, improve athletic performance, be at peace with ALL food, create a more positive and loving relationship with your body, and establish a healthy and pleasurable relationship with food.
Every day people are exposed to multiple toxins that exceed the body’s ability to detoxify, causing a buildup of toxins. A detoxification program may be a simple first approach of those suffering from symptoms and conditions associated with metabolic toxicity or inflammation. A typical detox program can last between seven and thirty days depending on the clients needs. Recommendations will be provided based on metabolic measurements taken with the BIA (see above).
